4th Grade Homework Assignments

Science

We begin the school year with new Science text books which are divided into three major categories:  Life, Physical, and Earth.  Labs (full and mini) are frequent and require participants to follow standard procedures using the Scientific Method.   Classes are divided into 4 or 5 lab groups each with assigned task managers chosen by participants.

Labs provide valuable hands-on experience, and members learn how to work more effectively in teams.  Each lab group is responsible for following standard procedures and accountable for recording their own observations.
