2008-2009 School Year
HOT LUNCH PROGRAM
Please pay attention to the due dates on
each menu. You will be paying
for two
weeks at a time.
Simply check the item(s) your child wishes to buy and send
in one payment. If you have more than one child in the school you can send in one check for all of your children.
Tear the order form in half; send one half in with your payment. That order will be kept in the classroom for your
child to pick up on the day of the lunch ordered. The second half you will keep so that you know what is for lunch and
if you ordered or not. For the salads we will have either Ranch or Italian dressing. Please pay attention to the
date on each order form as to when the order is due with payment. This will help keep our cost down and hopefully will
be more convenient for you. DO
NOT send
milk money in with these orders. In the event of a Funeral, Wednesday lunch will be served on Thursday. We can
serve Monday and Friday lunches from the Cafeteria. Feel free to call me with questions or to volunteer to help serve
our children on Monday or Wednesday.
